• Staff Assembled
• Aircraft pre-flighted, pumps and hoses readied to load aircraft;
• Staff meeting to discuss distance, size of spill and other coordinating and determining factors
• Aircraft fueled and loaded with dispersant
• Utilizing the spotter plane, along with GPS and GIS navigation and tracking aids, the dispersant aircraft is directed to the spill and commences application.
